Creative connection through nature, community and change
This page is for organisations seeking thoughtful, creative ways to help people connect with each other, with the natural world, and with what matters most in times of change.
Across many organisations, the relationship between people, place, and the natural environment is becoming impossible to ignore. Leaders are increasingly aware of how ecological change, uncertainty, and loss are shaping how people feel, relate to one another, and imagine the future, yet often feel unsure how to respond in ways that are authentic, creative, and practically useful rather than clinical or formulaic.
I use creative and participatory methods to help organisations open these conversations building connection, making space for reflection, and translating lived experience into insight that can inform policy, practice, and culture. My work supports people to notice, make, share, and think differently about their relationship to the natural world and each other.
I collaborate with governments, corporations, NGOs, schools, cultural organisations, and mission-led institutions that want to respond to ecological and social change in thoughtful, ethical, and genuinely engaging ways.

key services
Presentations & workshops
I design and facilitate experiences that help people connect — with ideas, with each other, and with their relationship to place and the natural world.
This includes:
● talks and keynotes that weave evidence with storytelling and creative practice
● workshops for staff, educators, or community groups centred on making and reflection
● facilitated sense-making or co-design sessions
● accessible and creative engagement processes embedded into organisational initiatives, resources or toolkits
Useful when you need: To open conversations that are often avoided, help people think and feel together, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.
Qualitative Research & Evaluation
I lead and support qualitative and mixed-methods projects that centre lived experience, human stories, and community voice.
This includes:
● interviews, focus groups, and participatory research
● arts-based and creative data-gathering methods including collage and body mapping
● rapid insight reviews and scoping studies
● program reflection and light-touch evaluation
● synthesis of qualitative findings for decision-makers
Useful when you need: Deeper understanding of how programs, policies, or environmental changes are experienced on the ground — and what people actually need next.
Strategy & Knowledge Translation
I help translate complex qualitative insight and lived experience into clear, usable outputs that inform policy, practice, and organisational strategy.
This includes:
● translating community voice into frameworks, principles, or recommendations
● developing practice guides, discussion tools, and creative resources
● supporting nature-connected wellbeing and climate-aware strategies
● preparing engaging, evidence-informed briefs for leadership, funders, or government
Useful when you need: Insight that doesn't just sit in a report but actively shapes decisions and direction.
